Once again, I’m sorry for not posting much. These past few weeks haven’t been the easiest for me, with all the family bullshit I’ve been having to deal with. It’s been rather stressful for sure, I’ve been having to go out more to distract myself and avoid feeling the pressure I get from being at home. That, and the burnout I’ve been experiencing for the last couple of months. So many fun and joyous things being thrown my way.

So, what did I even do this month? Well, not much actually. On the 13th, I went out with a group of friends. Now, I’ve been going against the idea for quite a while, because there are many things that ruin it for me. There either is very little chemistry between us, I’m often left behind by the others because I don’t talk as much, or I simply don’t vibe with a particular person in the group. So I was quite skeptical at first, and I wasn’t sure if things would work out… but I was pleasently surprised that things went well in the end, we talked a lot and we eat sandwiches together. We went to this really nice park and it was rather peaceful, there were ducks, geese and other animals to see.

So, that was fun and a nice distraction from all the crap I’ve been going through. In another piece of good news, the house expansion work finally began on the 21st. It’s so cool that I’m finally getting a room for myself at last. The construction guys have been getting work done rather quickly, they say things will be done by halfway through November or so. My neighbor was complaining that we’d be robbing her space or some other dumb ass bullshit. Of course, she’s absolutely wrong. Anyway though, once it’s done, I’ll make sure to show y’all what it’s like. Although it will be pretty messy at first…

Finally, here are some things I picked up this month. These two cars, a Matchbox Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and this Tomica Suzuki Jimny, both of which have been on my want list for quite a while. And a BlackBerry Q10, which I can’t use because it doesn’t have a battery. I’ve been wanting to get into old BlackBerry phones, and I figured this one might be good. Yes, I will continue to collect phones, even if I don’t have much of a practical use for them. Yet…

So, that’s what I’ve been up to lately. I’m hoping that going forward I can post in a more timely manner, but we’ll see if that happens, given all that’s been going on. My mom’s ex should be leaving soon, since he already has a place to stay at going forward… good. I also mailed a friend of mine last month, but because of all the hurricane stuff, it’s either delayed or lost at this point. Sucks, because her birthday happened to be this month. Ah well, I’ll have to send it sooner next year.
